  1. Consultation - Buying needs, questions, representation.
  2. Suggest a mortgage lender for Pre-qualification - Start pre-approval process
  3. Find all homes meeting your needs: Listed/Expired/FSBO's...
  4. View homes from exterior to determine interior showing appts.
  5. Find a home
    • Negotiate price, terms, etc. on buyer's behalf.
    • Do a market analysis of subject home to determine value!
    • Check with Title Company re: surrounding land use, liens, etc.
  6. Attend your home inspection to answer any questions, concerns.
  7. Follow-up w/lender for weekly updates.
  8. Review closing statement for accuracy.
  9. Attend closing to answer any questions or concerns.
  10. Give numbers for utility companies, schools, etc.
  11. Provide new keys to home, garage, etc.
  12. Provide address change cards from the post office.
  13. Provide moving checklist before move in day - "if applicable."
  14. Remain in contact as YOUR Realtor for follow up questions.
